1st time/Excellent CS/Fast shipping
CS is responsive and helping. Fast packing and shipping. Mandatory ID before checkout (PP&CC) was annoying be aware. Can't send a package as is, you are obligated to have it packed in another box, I was able to ship with just extra wrapping. The customer service was excellent (thank you Bruna)
