It was packed super quick despite me not choosing fast lane. The package was very secure and correctly sized. Small points for improval: Photo quality and item combining of incoming shipments is really inconsistent. Like the thank you card does not need it's own pic and plastic baggie.

Efficient at receiving my packages, photographing, and packing robustly and efficiently. A FAQ is needed on how to pay and send the docs for the parcel they put together. Customer service assisted very well, but the site could tell new users what to do. However, I'm fully satisfied and will be back.
