Storage for incoming packages and individual items is free for 180 days from the date they arrive at our warehouse. This gives you plenty of time to receive multiple packages and ship them together.

After 180 days, a weekly storage fee of $2 per item will apply. Items can remain in storage for up to 360 days total.

Once items are packed into a consolidation, the parcel must be shipped within 7 days, or storage fees will begin ($2 per day). After 45 days, the consolidation will be considered abandoned and will be discarded. We require this so we can keep our packing and shipping areas clear and ensure that our team is always working on the highest-priority shipments.

If you have an item you no longer need, simply click “Discard” and we’ll dispose of it at no charge, so you won’t incur any further storage fees.
