Sometimes it costs me more to ship my items than the original prices of the items. I think it would be much more perfect & perhaps more appealing to more people if the prices were more reasonable and affordable. That's it! everything else is perfect :) thank you for the great customer experience

I just wish the photos for the packages were much better. I get cropped and blurry images a lot. I'm not talking about this specific order, I'm talking in general. I understand that your staff works hard and they have to be fast and efficient but that's my only note everything else is amazing.

The only little problem was during the process, that my county's customs service was questioning how is it possible that my name appears as sender the too. I got the package in 4 days which is extremely quick. I selected DHL. Thanks for everything.

Also being based in Delaware means you are less likely to pay sales tax on purchases and are close to major shipping carriers' hubs. which all means getting your stuff much quicker.

We have been using fish is fast for 12 months. The service has been seamless. The process is fast and straightforward. We had an issue with an incorrect address. I was able to reach out using the online chat and supply the details. They found the package and were able to ship it.
